James, a seasoned Salesforce Architect, co-founded and scaled a successful business specialising in Salesforce implementations and custom enterprise solutions. To enhance efficiency, they developed a bespoke Salesforce solution that slashed administrative overhead and boosted margins, becoming a springboard for future ventures.
Mark, an expert in business operating models and process design, was working with James and recognised the solution’s transformative potential for medium-sized organizations. By automating processes and streamlining operations, he could see how this solution could enable significant cost savings and enhanced performance for many businesses.
Driven by a shared vision, James and Mark launched DAY ONE. Building on the original prototype and their combined expertise, they crafted a scalable, innovation software solution that empowers businesses of all sizes to thrive.

James
Always looking for a better way to do things through wholesale and incremental improvement, James honed his craft at GE Capital as he built his career in tech, specialising in Salesforce. James co-founded Cludo and performed the key roles of Chief Architect, COO and Managing Director of VISEO Australia following Cludo’s acquisition.
Mark
A passion for creating value and eliminating waste has been a constant in Mark’s career. Over 15 years at GE Capital, his skills were honed in a number of Strategy, Op Excellence, and Business Transformation Leadership roles. Mark went on to setup his own Consultancy specialising in Transformation Strategy working with some of the largest Australian and Global companies.
