Your client bought Salesforce for one team. DAY ONE brings the rest of the business onto it
Many services firms use Salesforce for pipeline and little else. Delivery runs in one tool, time in another, and finance rebuilds the account at invoice time. DAY ONE is a product built on Salesforce, listed on AppExchange. It runs the whole engagement on the platform, from Prospect to Payment, so every team works through the same process on the same record.

Run this in the room
Three questions to ask on a services account. Yes to all three is a strong fit.
Listen for
Finance asking delivery what happened on the account. An invoice corrected after it goes out. A WIP figure nobody can defend. A credit note that follows a dispute.
A generic task-management need on its own is a poor fit.
What changes for the account
Salesforce stops being the sales tool and becomes the way the whole business works. The customer may be new to Salesforce or long established on it.
More of the business on the platform
Delivery, time and finance work in Salesforce, not beside it.
Work stays inside Salesforce
One record, under the access rules the customer already runs.
One account, shared for the long term
You and DAY ONE look after the same customer, new or existing.
Questions for an AE
Can't see your question? Ask us directly.
Is DAY ONE for an existing Salesforce customer only?
No. On Salesforce; works with your Salesforce org, or available as a bundled edition if you don't use Salesforce.
What if only one team has Salesforce licences today?
The people in delivery and finance who use DAY ONE work on the Salesforce platform, so licences and users are worked out with the customer in the first conversation.
Does an introduction commit the customer to Quickstart?
No. The first step is to check the work and the people who own it. Any scoped rollout needs a separate agreement.
Where is the AppExchange listing?
