Your assistant drafts the work. You approve it.

The DAY ONE skills take on the reviews and data entry that keep your system current, so the routine updates stop eating your day.

Questions about skills

Can't see your question? Ask us directly.

What is a skill?

A packaged set of instructions your AI assistant follows against your DAY ONE org. It runs in your assistant, when you invoke it.

Which assistants can run skills?

Skills run in your own AI assistant, connected through Salesforce's MCP connector. Not every assistant can host them; consumer ChatGPT on the web cannot. We confirm your assistant before setup. See what you need.

What can a skill see?

What you can see. A skill runs when you invoke it and works with the records your Salesforce user can reach.

Who approves the work?

A person. Every skill shows a preview and writes nothing until it is approved. Time entries are saved as drafts for the person to submit.

Does DAY ONE host the connection?

No. The connection is Salesforce's own MCP connector plus the skill files, authenticated as you. Your data goes from your org to the AI provider you choose, under your agreement with them.

Do I need the DAY ONE package?

For every skill except CRM Sync, yes. CRM Sync works in any Salesforce org. See our approach to AI.
