What does “per user per month” mean?
Each licence has a monthly rate for one person. DAY ONE is billed annually. Your quote combines your edition with your Consultant and Manager counts, then shows the monthly and annual licence totals.
Are the prices in Australian dollars, and do they include GST?
The default price is in Australian dollars and excludes GST. The currency switch shows the published US dollar list, which is not a live exchange conversion. Both show prices per user per month, billed annually, and your quote labels the currency.
What is the difference between a Consultant and a Manager licence?
A Consultant licence is a lower-cost licence that gives the people who deliver the work everything they need to do it. A Manager licence gives full platform access, so the people who run the business can work end to end. Most firms use a mix of both. See what each licence covers
Do we need our own Salesforce licences?
DAY ONE Platform includes the Salesforce Platform. DAY ONE for Salesforce works with an existing Salesforce org. On Salesforce; works with your Salesforce org, or available as a bundled edition if you don't use Salesforce. We confirm the right edition and any Salesforce licence implications for your setup before you order.
What does Quickstart cost?
Quickstart is a separate implementation service, scoped with your team. Setting up your Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks connection is included, with no additional integration charge. No Quickstart price is published.
Is support included?
Yes. Standard support is included with every licence: email support, with guides and self-service material. Premium support is an optional annual addition for firms that want a named point of contact, scheduled Q&A sessions and an annual healthcheck workshop.
Is AI included in DAY ONE licences?
No. DAY ONE AI capabilities are offered as a separately priced add-on and are not included in standard DAY ONE licensing. Ask us for the current AI pricing and scope.
Do you publish a price, and what is it?
Yes. Indicative licence pricing is on this page and in the calculator: from A$17 per user per month for a Consultant licence on DAY ONE for Salesforce, excluding GST, billed annually. Your quote depends on edition, licence mix and applicable fees. AI is separately priced, and Quickstart is a separate implementation service. Confirm final pricing with DAY ONE.
