Four principles hold every skill to your records

  1. Your data, your assistant

    You bring the assistant you already use, connected through Salesforce's own MCP connector. DAY ONE supplies the skills that teach it your delivery model, not a server.

  2. Draft, then approve

    Each skill shows a preview and asks for your approval before it writes. Time Logger saves drafts for you to submit.

  3. Provable, not plausible

    Every record is read back after it is written. Every fact carries its source. Where a skill is unsure, it asks you.

  4. Narrow by design

    Each skill declares the records it may touch and refuses the rest. Nothing is deleted and nothing is merged.

What does an AI assistant do with DAY ONE?

It reads your email, calendar and documents, and what is already in Salesforce. It drafts the change in DAY ONE's structure and shows you a preview. The skill asks for your approval before it writes.

Who approves the work?

You do. All six skills show a preview, and each skill asks for your approval before it writes. Time Logger saves drafts for you to submit.

Can the AI delete or merge my records?

No. Nothing is deleted and nothing is merged. Each skill declares the records it may touch and refuses anything outside that.

Where does my data go?

Do I need Salesforce?

Bring a task your team re-keys

Tomorrow Software Pty Ltd, trading as DAY ONE Software, collects these details to respond to your enquiry. You can leave optional fields blank, but we cannot respond without your name, email and company. We store your details in Salesforce, our customer records system, and keep a copy on our website for 24 months. We use Google Workspace for email.
