Guides and tools for the work behind client delivery
Every job runs the same way: sold, handed over, delivered, billed and closed. The detail slips at moments you can name. Each guide follows one of them with an example you can walk through. The AI Readiness Check scores your firm in 15 minutes.
Start with what is hurting
Pick the line that sounds like your week and the guide or tool to start with appears. The first three guides follow a job from sale to close; the last guide and the check look ahead to AI.

Questions about the guides and tools
Can't see your question? Ask us directly.
Do I have to give my details to read a guide or use a tool?
No. Each guide is on its page in full, and the AI Readiness Check shows your result on screen without a form.
Which guide should I start with?
Start where it hurts. Commercial handover debt is for work that is not delivered as it was sold, Audit-ready WIP is for a WIP number you cannot explain, Why month-end breaks is for a close that feels like an investigation, and Ground truth wins is for a firm about to add AI to records it cannot yet trace. If you want a score rather than a story, take the AI Readiness Check.
How long does a guide or the check take?
A guide takes about three to five minutes and ends with a short self-check. The AI Readiness Check takes about 15 minutes and shows your result on screen. Contact details are optional.
Do I have to book a call?
No. A discussion is a separate choice, and the form at the foot of this page is the way to ask for one.
